How do I order Courses?
Courses can be ordered online, through the mail, over the phone, or in our office.

What form of payment do you accept?
We accept: checks, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover money orders and cash (please do not send cash in the mail) Please note we have a $25.00 returned check fee.
What is your return policy?
We will provide an 85% refund if courses are returned in re-sellable condition within 30 days of purchase. No refunds for online courses.

CCFT Course Refund/Rescheduling Policy
The statement below applies to the following courses offered through The Early Education Station, Inc.:
- CCFT: Introduction to the Child Care Profession (Revised 2024) - Blended
- CCFT: Skills & Strategies for the Child Care Teacher (Revised 2024) - Blended
- CCFT: Fundamentals of Infant & Toddler Care (Revised 2024) - Blended
- CCFT: Fundamentals of Family Child Care (Revised 2024) - Blended
Registration fees are non-refundable unless you cancel at least 8 days before the class begins. Cancellations made 8+ days prior receive a 50% refund; cancellations within 7 days are not eligible. You may transfer to a future class for a $25 fee with 8+ days’ notice. Transfers must be scheduled within 2 months of the class you are transferring from. Call or email us for more details.
CCFT Course Policies
Students must complete all required coursework (listed below) by the final due date provided by their instructor in order to receive a certificate:
- Required Zoom Meetings (Dates & times are listed in registration, students must attend & participate in every Zoom meeting for the full session, with their cameras on)
- Online Coursework, including Required Activities
- Final Assessment
- Additional Trainings (if applicable for the course you are taking)
- Course Evaluation
Who do I make checks payable to?

Can we use one order form to order several courses for our staff?
Yes. Centers find it very convenient to order several courses to keep on hand at the center for their staff. We will know who completes the course from the information the student provides us on the signature sheet in each course. Online classes must be ordered under the name and email of the individual who is completing the coursework.
If I have questions is there someone available to help me?
We are in the office 8:00am - 11:00am (CST) Monday through Friday. Please leave a voice mail if we are not available. You can also email us at info@earlyedstation.com
How long does it take to receive my order?
Orders are shipped within 48 hours of purchase. You should receive your order within a week of purchase. We ship first class or priority. If you need your order rushed you will need to pay the extra shipping charge which will be determined at the time of shipping. If choosing to have your order rushed you will need to provide a credit card that will be charged when we find out the extra shipping charge.
What do I need to do to complete my course?
Each course has a reading portion/book and a worksheet. You need to complete the worksheet portion and return it to us. Please keep the reading materials for your reference.
For Blended, online classes with zoom meetings, must be completed at the direction of your instructor. Rosters typically close a week after your last zoom meeting and all course work must be turned in by the deadlines given to you by your instructor.
When do I receive a certificate for my course?
If you completed a continuing education course a certificate will be issued through our office within a week of receiving your completed course worksheet.
If you have completed an entry level course (Introduction to the Child Care Prof. etc.) you will receive a certificate of completion from The Registry electronically by logging in to your student profile at wiregistry.org. The Early Education Station, Inc. submits course rosters to The Registry weekly.
How much time do I have to complete my courses?
Entry level Introduction to the Childcare profession, Skills & Strategies, Fundamentals of Infant & Toddler, and Fundamentals of Family Childcare are available via the CCFT Revised Course link.

Do these courses count towards my CDA?
All of our courses can be used for your initial CDA requirements.
