Observation is important in child care, it’s taking notes on an individual child and documenting it. It gives the caregiver a better idea to what to plan for the next day for activites. Also making sure they have a safe enviroment to socialzie.
Yes observation is key ,while documenting the progress of each individual child to have a better understand of the upcoming days activities.
